Food Fatigue and Fasting

Doing this meal plan and being away from home has been a challenge.  In my initial run I have been eating the same foods and experiencing some food fatigue already.  When I left home I packed a bag full of the following.

Sardines-oysters- tuna–almonds and almond butter–coconut milk–mushrooms–lots of spinach—coconut oil–stevia and real lemon juice

I had problems with Kale in the past so it’s not on the menu

Eggs and liverwurst, I have been eating locally.  Currently, I am considering a fast every fourth day.  Looks like tomorrow will be my first day.
