The last few days I have gone rogue. It’s easy to go off the reservation when you are eating dairy. Everything in moderation, right. But for true paleo and keto this is out of bounds. I am still trimming down really well though. My intake probably hit around 60 grams of carb for two days. Many experts agree; a cheat day can be achieved after the first seven days. Today, I was more active to make up for my increased intake. The carb blast plan only calls for VLE or very little exercise and this I will explain in a future post. Soon I will produce my stats; so stay tuned.
